SO, calculus exam tomorrow. I'm freaking out/trying to look over every multiple choice/free response we've done. This isn't good. Why'd I go to that study session today? IT only made me feel worse about failing! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

So my tonsils are officially gone. I have slept so much recently. This pain medication I'm on takes a lot out of me. It makes me feel disgusting, but at least it pretty much knocks me out so that I can sleep. It hurts to cough, but i feel like i need to. My tongue is sore because I've been biting on it and putting it as far back in my mouth as possible so that air won't get to my throat. all I've had to eat since my surgery is a little bit of ice cream, some mashed potatoes, and I've had a lot of apple juice and Gatorade. I just woke up like an hour or two ago, but i think I'm going to go take a nap. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. |

enjoy!
so here's what all has happened recently in meg land. so i started and finished reading twilight, which might i add was amazing. then, amanda e, amanda m, robin, ashley, and me all went and saw the movie...which was amazing...those boys, wow, super fine. but honestly, she left her purse, end of discussion. i drove which was interesting, but fun. and the book was better than the movie, but it always is.
and the day before Thanksgiving I will be getting my tonsils out, so yea...that kinda sucks. and i'm nervous, so it should be fun. feel free to stop by wednesday and see what i look like all doped up.
my friend leigh, and maybe grace from TWB might come down saturday, but if im not feeling well, i'll tell them not to, even though i really miss them.
BUT, the MEDLINS will be eating at the Gaston house on thursday, so while they eat turkey and all that yummy stuff, i will be hydrating and maybe eating ice cream.
also, calc test tomorrow...ehhhh. o well. free forth block, and TA 3rd, so im leaving at like 12. =]

its probably the best drink in the world...aside from milk of course.
so...here's my schedule:
2nd semester
Theater arts II - Jason Walter
AP CALC AB - Guignard
Independent study for pottery 2 (it was hon rem. the holo...fixed that right up)
Peer tutor/grad. asst.
1st semester
Calc topics - guignard
eng 4 hon - Hill
TA - guignard
Hon physics - medford
please make note that second semester was first and first was second. I did this because when ppl put their schedules on the internet, they fill the need to label which is first semester and which is second, WHY DO THAT!!! who's gunna read it thinkin second semester was typed first. The only reason you should label them if second semester really is typed first...as in my case. every other time, i don't believe its necessary. =]
JANIE! I'll be calling you sometime to get definite plans for monday! =]
AMANDA! i helped you move in today...what a workout.
BRIDGET! I really hope we have a class together this year, I just feel I can't learn to my full potential without you by my side. And if we are so lucky, we shall sit next to each other...its alphabetically possible. =] |

I just got back from the trip of a lifetime. seriously robin, thankyou without you, i would've never met some of the most amazing ppl. i can't put all the pics up now or talk a lot because im tired, and even though i've been back for 2 days, its still sinkin in that im not with 89 other ppl. gah, TWB is the best thing in the world. |

i've been wastin time just now. really, the past 20 min. i have just been doin nothing. i need to finish my lab, and im seriously almost done. like one more page. so. soccer game tomorrow. for those of you who aren't doing ne thing and would like to come it's home, at 5...who know's if we'll win. i'll most likely play the whole game, if not, i won't be out for long. but yea. if ur bored and want somethin to do, drop on by, my mom will probably be there, she'll show up a couple of minutes late, but she'll be there nonetheless. just fyi. now chemistry time! |

history is so yesterday.
i think i'm falling for him again. idk if i like that or not. he's nice, he's cute, and i help him with history. man. what to do what to do.
i should sleep or study right now. so i guess i will...and i might watch some tv.

Lee. He had to go to the hospital today to get his wisdom teeth out because the local anesthesia (sp?) they gave him made him aggressive, so he had to go to the hospital, and they had to put him to sleep. Well evidently when it was wearin off or somethin like that, he breathed in...or somethin...idk...so now he has fluid in his lungs and he has to stay overnight. hopefully he will get to come home tomorrow, but pray for him. he looked so pitiful in that bed, I just hope he gets better. |

Thanks for your message. I'm afraid- since I'll be gone for the next couple of weeks- I won't be able to get the summer reading letters out until early July. So, if you want to pass this info to anyone you know is taking the class, feel free. The books for this summer are Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls, Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser, and I may add a third book to list which will be indicated in the letter.
Thanks for checking! The letter will also include info about discussion meetings at La Vida Mocha at various times this summer- these meetings are optional (but fun :).

so, today was excellent
95 on civics exam...WOOT WOOT!!!
87 on foods...YEAUHHH plus that's not with the teachers curve so yea!!!
and no more school.....
not to mention...
BRIDGETS house is like this awesome petting zoo, i saw a doggie, some cats, another barking doggie, some chickens a bird in a cage that ate seeds, and some goats (i think...yea goats.) i had fun. we gave her her graduation present and then headed over to ...
JANIES!!! where there was this cape...that i got to wear...i felt so lucky, like u wouldn't even believe, then we played with Janies new computer, which i must say is just about the coolest thing one could ever own (go you janie!) that was fun, lee, janie, stacy, me, and their mom were playing with it. at one point, i had two heads and no mouth. i had a long neck, a little head, a big head. it was awesome...but janie was more awesome!
then we left, came home and cleaned...which i need to go mop now

I saw Spider Man 3 tonight. it was awesome!
I went with my mom and Amanda. It was great, we wanted to see the 4 o'clock, but it was sold out, so we had to go to the 6:30, but it was ok, we went dress shopping at monroe mall, haha, we found NOTHING! my mom just kinda looked for her own stuff, and amanda picked out some random (a pink old ladies night gown) dresses for me. some were pretty, but they didn't fit right, or something like that. o well, another time. we saw a lot of ppl from school, and after the movie we saw bridget, but she was with customers, so we waved. we got home at like 9:20. it was a fun night though.
I watched Spiderman 1 and half of 2 last night, fell asleep, but woke up and went to my room, then finished watching Spiderman 2 this morning, that way i was all caught up, and knew what all was happening.
Tomorrow is Mother's Day. my dad bought my mom's present, like usual, mainly because i was with her today, and he has most of the money. Tomorrow I have to go to both of my Grandparents house, I don't kno if were going to my dad's or my mom's first, but they both live in South Carolina, and even though it's not far, its a long ride with lee, and my parents...especially when they don't want to listen to what I do. I'll probably sleep. I can't read in the car, i get nausious. (spelling?)
This past week has been ok. The first part was kindof stressing, because i had a test in civics and English, and a monologue to memorize for drama auditions. It all went ok, i guess. o well.
I've liked this guy for a long time now, and i think his best friend might kno, which isn't so bad...unless he tells this guy...that would suck. things would be awkward. When i like a guy, i never do anything about it...which is kindof pointless, but i'm scared of rejection...and what might happen if they don't feel the same way. SO i admire them from afar, and call girls ugly names if they flurt with them...o well. I get the nerve someday. But for now, I think I want him to make the first move...
I don't kno why i mentioned all that ^, i guess i was just thinking about it. ah well. |

I SCORED A GOAL IN SOCCER! last game, game winning shot, penalty kick, behind the 18, right over the goalies head, back of the net, billions of high fives, and i was walking on air!
gah, im gunna miss soccer, but i really hope i make varsity next year =/
ne ways, headache, Antigone and Oedipus test that i haven't studied for, and a paragraph rewrite due...i haven't started, using my spanish hw pass, and i was only supposed to be on here for 30 min...who really believed that one.
i smell, once i get this crap done, its shower and bed for meg! |
